Privacy Policy

The short version

• You don't need an account to use this website, and we don't create customer profiles.
• We don't intentionally collect or store children's personal data.
• We only use the details you send in the order form to reply to you and handle your request.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.

Children and parents

BlackPrint's prints are made with children aged about 7 to 16 in mind, but the contact and order process is meant for parents and guardians.

• If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us or place the order for you.
• We don't create accounts or profiles for children, and we don't intentionally collect or store children's names, ages, birthdays or other personal information.
• Parents and guardians: please don't put your child's full name, age, school, photos or other personal details in the form. If you want a name printed on a custom item, a nickname or initials are enough.

If we find that a child has sent us personal details, we will delete them and ask a parent or guardian to contact us instead.

What we collect

When you send the order form, we receive:

• the parent or guardian's name
• an email address and/or phone number, so we can reply
• what you would like to order: product or set, colour and quantity
• any customisation request and message you choose to write

Like any website, our hosting provider can see technical information such as your IP address and browser type when your device loads a page. We use it only to deliver and protect the site. We don't run analytics on this website.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details to answer your request, confirm what's available and the total, arrange payment and delivery, and keep the records we are required to keep. This is needed to take steps at your request before an order, to carry out an order, and to meet legal duties such as accounting rules. Who receives it

• The service that delivers our order form to us: [TO BE ADDED: name of the form or email service, for example Formspree, and where it stores data]

How long we keep it

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. Its fonts are hosted on the site itself, so your browser doesn't contact Google or other font providers. If we add analytics or embedded content later, we will update this page first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. To do this, contact us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija).

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
