1. Who can order

Orders and enquiries should come from a parent or guardian, or from an adult ordering for themselves. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us or place the order for you.

2. What we sell

BlackPrint sells 3D-printed items made from PLA plastic. At the moment prints are available in black only, and more colours will follow. Because each item is printed layer by layer, small differences in surface, texture and size are normal. Photos on the website are for illustration.

3. Where we sell

We currently sell in Latvia only. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). [TO BE CONFIRMED: whether prices include VAT, and how VAT applies to this student company]

4. How ordering works

There is no online checkout and no customer account. You send an enquiry through the order form or contact us by phone. We reply to confirm what's available, the total price, delivery and payment. Your request only becomes an order once we have confirmed it to you.

Set prices and custom print prices are agreed with you before anything is made.

5. Payment

7. Custom prints

We will do our best with custom ideas, but we can't promise that every idea can be printed. We will tell you what is possible, and the price, before we start.

8. Returns, faults and complaints

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Latvian consumer protection law.

9. Safe use

Prints can contain small parts. Please keep them away from very young children and don't let anyone put them in their mouth. PLA softens with heat, so keep prints away from hot places such as radiators, sunny car dashboards and open flames. [TO BE ADDED: final age and safety wording]

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. [TO BE CONFIRMED: with your JA Latvia mentor]

We may update these terms as BlackPrint grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
